I have seen instances when people want to remain active on social networks. However, at the time of setting profile pictures, they suddenly get suspicious for their safety. These people set some flowers or their childhood pictures as their profile pictures. I would like to ask them if they look like flowers, or if they are still a child. If you are still a child, then you should better not be on social networking sites. But if you are actually a grown-up person, dare to put the real you in your profile picture. And believe me, it is most appreciable to present the real you. However, you can set the privacy settings of your posts in such a manner that your posts are visible to only certain people or groups. I hope the instances of a flower or a baby set as profile pictures would reduce over time. Happy networking!
