If a day is started well, it sets the tone of the day. The ideal way to start the day well is to wake up early, latest by 6:00 am. Seems difficult, right? I know, but let’s give it a try for a day or two and then see its benefits.

You might be wondering how waking up early is related to the goodness of the day. Believe me, you will be surprised at the results if you follow the early wake-up regime.
What exactly am I supposed to do if I wake up early?
After waking up, while still on the bed, relax your body by deep breathing and then meditate for few minutes for your mental health. This should be followed by doing some exercise for your physical health. Both these activities prepare us to face the day’s challenges. When we meditate, we focus our attention on just one thing, so meditation increases our focus and helps us to take the right decisions for life’s situations. Similarly, exercise keeps our body fit and energetic, so we can concentrate well on the goals we want to achieve in our lives. Apart from that, thinking about the day’s to-do list within five minutes after waking up and then mentally planning strategies for completing the list within the same day also help in achieving the targets.
Just think about a scenario when you are done with your meditation, physical exercise and planning day’s to-do lists by the time when most of the people are still sleeping. Isn’t that wonderful? So what are you waiting for? Get, set, go …
