Every book has a story that begins long before it reaches the reader.

Behind every finished manuscript are ideas, experiences, moments of inspiration, and countless hours of writing, revising, and refining. Although readers discover the finished book, they rarely get the opportunity to hear directly from the author about the journey behind it.

That is what inspired Behind the Book.

This interview series brings readers closer to the authors behind the books they read. Through a common set of questions, each author shares the inspiration behind one of their books, the experiences that shaped it, the challenges they faced while writing, and what they hope readers will take away after turning the final page.

My aim is to create a space where readers can discover not only books worth reading but also the people, stories, and experiences that brought those books to life.

Whether you are a reader looking for your next book, an aspiring writer curious about the writing journey, or someone who simply enjoys learning about the creative process, I hope these conversations offer something meaningful.
